Hey guys it's 80 degrees here and low humidity - I know it's probably warmer in MD as your temperatures have been higher then ours (thank God). I am so grateful that your weather has taken a change I know after the terrible snowy winter that you're more then ready for the nice warm sunshine. I understand from an article that I read this week that the NE is suppose to have hotter temperatures then we experience this upcoming summer. I find that hard to believe but so far they are correct even NY is hotter then we are. You figure it out, no one seems to know what the weather is going to do. All I know is I'm glad you have sunshine and warmth the heck with cold & dreary days.
Patrick & Dad have gone to the barber for haircuts. I love to see them get out and enjoy a little time together. Honestly, the only time Dad seems to go any where is when he goes to the doctor, for medical testing, or to get a haircut. He seems to enjoy himself when he gets to spend some time with Patrick and nothing is more satisfying then seeing him enjoy life. He has been such a wonderful man and I feel so honored to have him in our lives. I guess I now have a better understanding of getting old & needing your children. Pat & I try our hardest to do things that he enjoys because we all know as we get older the days get shorter & the things we enjoy are fewer & further apart.
Gym work-out was good today. I played a couple of games of racquetball with Patrick before his friends got there - boy what a cardio work-out. Finally completed by regular work-out then we headed home to get ready for the haircuts. Dad has his nurse coming at 3:00 today - we changed companys back to the one that treated Mom when she was ill - we tend to like them better and feel far more confident with their care of him.
Laundry is going so I guess I better check & see if anything is ready to come out of the dryer. I'll try to blog again later this evening. We love & miss everyone.
