Hi guys - haven't blogged in a couple of days so I thought I'd take a few minutes between tasks to say hey. Our weather is warm and the humidity is up - looks like rain certainly not much sun. I think we finished our garden just in time. Yep, we planted tomatoes, yellow squash, red peppers, italian peppers, several herbs, and a few other things can't wait until they start to grow & bloom. It was an interesting job and I certainly didn't realize there was so much worked involved in prepping the soil - but, it's over and we're anxiously waiting. Looks like it'll be a daily job keeping the weeds out but I'm know it will be well worth it.
We went out this AM to Target & a couple of other stores to buy a few needed things. Put a new dish in the crock pot at 9:00 & the smell is making me hungry already. I'll let you know if it's good, simple to make just beef chunks, fresh mushrooms, onions, condensed french onion soup, and at the end you add a box of stuffing mix prepared with some of the broth, seasoning & butter, pour on a little mozarella cheese & pronto it's done. I know one thing if it tastes like it smells we'll enjoy it. I love the crock pot it makes life so much easier.
Well, I think I'll join Patrick & see what he's doing. I'll blog again later. Have a SUPER Sunday. We love & miss everyone.
