Yep, the end of the week already - thank God. It has certainly been one of those weeks that should have never existed. Seems like when one thing goes wrong many things go wrong. Oh well, it's over and time to start the weekend. Patrick & I are off to the doctor this afternoon for our regular check-up then we're finished for the week. I've already done all the laundry so I think I'll have a pretty relaxing weekend - at least I hope so. I've been fighting a slight headache for the past couple of days but I think it's weather related no big deal just annoying.
Weather has been hotter then usual and it is suppose to go to 95 on Sunday - looks like a movie day INSIDE for us. When I logged on it was only 82 degrees but the humidity was higher then the temperature so you know it's hot. I'm thankful I don't have to go outside except for appointments and when we want to. We are having our typical rain in the late afternoon & that is just enough to raise the humidity a little more. However, I'm not complaining the garden loves the fresh rain - squash galore and tomatoes that only need to turn red (can't wait):):)
Dad is Dad watching TV & reading a little it's far to hot for him to go outside. Dogs are doing okay - Hank hasn't been feeling well but with his bladder cancer we can't expect much out of him. We plan on keeping him until he shows signs of suffering so he's busy eating chicken with rice & he loves McDonald's Double Cheeseburgers as long as he eats and doesn't seem to be suffering we're going to let him live his life to its fullest.
Guess I better check on the status of Patrick so we can get ready to leave for the doctors office. Sure hope everyone has a great safe weekend. We love & miss everyone.
