Yep, it hit 100 degrees today & boy did it feel like it. I'm so thankful that we only have to go out when we decide we want something & can't wait any longer. I really don't know how people work outside in this type of weather. The only good thing is the humidity was only 42% but the sun was super intent. Looks like it's starting to lighten up a little - maybe it will go to 80 tonight???
No real plans for this weekend, I see that Patrick has uncovered his grill looks like he's going to soon grill us some um um good hamburgers. We have some fresh squash, peppers, & sweet onions to grill along with the burgers. Sounds pretty good to me & I'm starting to feel a few hunger pangs. We stopped by Ruby Tuesdays for lunch this afternoon I swear they have one of the best salad bars. Some of their restaurants have "routine" salad bars but the one we have in town is wonderful. We both enjoyed our lunch and the "brief" trip out of the AC. "Matters" are growing like crazy!! (see photo)
Well, I think I'll check on the dogs they're outside and I'm certain ready to come in. Have a super weekend - we love & miss everyone:)
