OUR HEALTH CLUB FAMILY

In April, 2008 we joined "TOO YOUR HEATH" health club. We looked at several clubs but settled on Too Your Health because of it's location to us, the fact that it offered racquetball and the friendly staff. It's a small gym but they have everything you need, from cardio to free weights, to get a complete work out. They also offer a variety of classes in everything from spinning to yoga. We tried JD's yoga class--I won't make that mistake again!! I was sore for a week! We should really try to get back to it because it really helps with keeping everything moving right. Before Patty touched the first piece of equipment we got her a personal trainer. She has been with Tim now for almost a year and he has been wonderful. He understands her challenges and has worked to build a plan that uniquely addresses Patty's weaknesses and areas that she needs to concentrate on. Tim sets goals for Patty and constantly reinforces her form and adjusts her work out plan to keep her challenged. She has made incredible improvement in her strength, stability and stamina. Below are pictures of the some of the great people that we have been lucky enough to meet and become friends with. |
